The committee has all the responsibilities, from identifying which vaccine to buy, to distributing the vaccine, to applying it to the human body. The committee will also decide which vaccines India will use, financially and on whose body the vaccine will be administered first.
According to the Union Ministry of Science and Technology, the Corona vaccine seems unlikely to arrive before 2021. On the other hand, ICMR claims that the first Covid vaccine will be launched in the country by August 15. Since then, there has been controversy among experts over the Covid vaccine.
